Organizing content
The toggles allows the teacher to "chunk" information on the Moodle page. Each topic can be selectively visible or hidden to enrolled users (i.e. students) and guests (i.e. parents) as the course progresses through the content. By default, each new Moodle page contains 10 Topics, but more can always be added.
