Teachers can view or edit Moodle quiz results through the gradebook link found in the Course Management section or they can see the same data by clicking on the linked "Attempts" count after opening an already assigned quiz.

Your quiz results may look different based on the Quiz Settings you've enabled. For example: If you've allowed more than one attempt, the highest score/most recent score will be the one highlighted in blue.
